Here at Emery County Care and Rehabilitation Center Administration and employees have been setting a standard in Health Care since 1968 providing the finest quality of care to residents in the area. Our large landscaped yards add ambience to our resident's surroundings. We are a county owned, non-profit, skilled nursing home located in the midst of beautiful Ferron Utah. We are pleased to be an integral part of the communities we serve.

Our homelike environment is respected and recommended throughout the State for rehabilitation to home and long term placement. We offer the highest quality of intermediate and skilled nursing care available. We are staffed 24 hours a day wiht nursing personnel trained to meet the needs of our residents.

Medicare and Medicaid are common financial intermediaries. We are certified by both agencies and licensed by the State. Private pay, private insurances, respite and hospice are also accepted payment methods.

Each resident is entitled to see the physician of their choice. However, we utilize a Medical Director who makes routine in-house visits and provides additional care as the need arises.

 

 

 

The following services are provided:

Committed in helping each resident achieve and maintain their optimal level of care. We perform an extensive restorative program which maintains and extends each resident's ability to care for themselves. This is an essential component to the resident's quality of life.

Additional services such as Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy are provided in-house. Further services are available through our consultants.

Relief in financial arrangements for the care of you loved on. Our Office Manager is experienced in assisting clients in determining eligibility and can handle or refer questions regarding financial programs.

Employees who ensure each resident are given a quality life. This is achieved through the services rendered by nursing, dietary, housekeeping, laundry, activities, maintenance, support groups, social services, and administration, all working together to assure the resident and the atmosphere they live in is priority one.
