Our Employees and Their Functions
Administrator-- The Administrator at Parkway Health Center has ultimate responsibility for the care of your loved one. We have an open door policy and welcome your questions and concerns at any time. The Administrator handles the admissions, resident (social) services, overall staffing issues, and oversees all other departments.
Director of Nursing-- The Director of Nursing is a Registered Nurse and is responsible for all nursing staff including other RN's, LPN's, Certified Nursing Assistants, and non-certified Nursing Assistants. The Director of Nursing's main function is ensuring that quality patient care is given.
Office Manager-- The Office Manager is responsible for billing and can be approached with any questions regarding financial issues in the care of your loved one.
Activities Director-- We do have a full time activities director who plans 2-3 group activities each week, in addition to individualized activities for each resident.
Building Operations Manager-- This supervisor is over all physical plant operations (Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance). Any concerns with safety, upkeep of building, or just rearranging your loved one's room this is the supervisor to see.
Dietary Supervisor-- Our dietary Supervisor works hand in hand with a registered dietician to provide well-balanced nourishing meals for our residents.
LPN's and RN's-- 24 hours a day our Nurses are in the building. They pass the medications and provide nursing treatments as necessary. They also oversee the nursing assistants.
